Cost estimator usage. If you use our online cost estimator, you may enter a project type, square footage, and material selections. This information is used only to generate the on-screen estimate and is not stored or sent to our team.

Website analytics. We collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic region (city-level, not street-level). This data does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use contact form data to respond to your project inquiry, provide estimates, and schedule consultations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you become a client, your contact information may be stored in our project management system (SynkedUP) to coordinate scheduling, materials, and project updates.

Third-Party Services

Our website and business operations use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager collect anonymous website usage data to help us understand how visitors use our site. Google may set cookies on your browser. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Resend is the transactional email service we use to send you a confirmation when you submit a contact form and to notify our team of your inquiry. Resend processes your email address to deliver these messages.
• Zapier is an automation service that routes form submissions to our project management system. Zapier processes form data in transit.
